No trips in 2019

As of now myself, my mom and my sister will be staying at Copper Creek from May 1-May 9, 2019!!!!!



We will try to switch to a monorail resort after October 1 but it will depend on DVC availability.

Y'all this is amazing! I've read so many of your TRs (I am a terrible commenter though I at least try to say hi when I start reading!), and I'm headed down after Thanksgiving this year, but dang do I want to make a trip happen in May and not-so-accidentally get to meet you all! What a fantastic idea!

Yacht Club Sept 7-10 2018 - "I got super frustrated and booked a weekend away Minnie-moon"
Grand Floridian November 12-14 - "Well if we are going on a rescheduled fully paid for cruise, may as well spend a few days on land too"

Disney Dream November 9-12 - "Irma cancelled our 2017 cruise so may as well turn this into a Minnie-Moon cruise"

Disneyland January 12-15 2019 - Start of our Honeymoon

This is Kari in case no one has figured out my very definitive black coloring.

We've changed our "planned" April trip (planned in that we said we wanted to go but took no other steps) to February. Tentatively looking at the 21 Feb - 1 March so the hubby can do the Princess Half Marathon. He's not thrilled about the Princess part, but it gives him a different race to do, lets us leave on Casey's birthday, and crowds look much better. I've already booked us into Shades of Green for the first time ever, but may switch to a Disney resort once military rates come out.

All of that said, going earlier should make it easier for me to get away by myself for a few days in May. So my tentative is now probable

Whoo! Now I can feel just a tiny bit better about missing you in August, but just a tiny, tiny bit. We just have to make sure we have pretty much the same dates in May!

Ok, so I was 9 pages behind! Yikes ! I can’t keep up with you ladies. I am at to the pool reading off. Y iPad so I will have to come back to add pics later.

But we have 1 trip planned woo hoo! We will be in Disney Feb 22nd - March 3rd. Which means I will be able to meet up with @kastoney and her family!!!

Joining in! I think I've read at least one TR from each person in the intro but I rarely comment. I guess it's the introvert in me or maybe I'm just a crazy stalker. @missjackiemcg can vouch for me as we have actually met two different times at WDW.

I would love to come next May but as of right now I'm not sure how I can convince my DH. I had/have 4 trips in 2018 and he was a bit annoyed at all the trips. So I made the mistake of telling him I would only go 1 time in 2019 for the Food and Wine 5K, November 2019. I might just have to work on him for May 2019!

I have two more trips coming up in 2018:

August 8 - 12, All Star Movies - I'm solo for this one and am there to celebrate my birthday on 8/9
October 20 - 27, All Star Music - Family trip with DH, Mom, Brother and SIL for Food and Wine.

Haven't gotten that far yet. Still trying to figure out if I can sneak off to Disney without Casey and how many years of therapy that will take her to get over

Just developed extra motivation to make this trip happen when I realized that it will be the week after my 5-year Brainniversary! I had been intending to do something big to celebrate, and a weekend trip to Disney to meet my friends seems like a pretty good option.

Hope you can go would give me extra incentive to try make it.

Just thought I'd share a Casey video with everyone. I'm traveling for work this week, but apparently our magic bands for our August trip have arrived and the family thought this was a fitting way to share the news! Enjoy!

This is such an epic video told Mark about and can't wait to show it to him.

The biggest downfall is that this is our move month so we could already be in route to our new home, about to go back to FL for a family visit, or still waiting to get our stuff packed up. So many unknowns!

But I did look up flight costs today, just so I knew...

Everytime I read this thread I get excited I've already checked out pricing for rooms @ Disney and seems like POFQ might be my choice. Is there anyone that has a multi room DVC that needs a room mate. I don't snore....much. JK

Flight prices aren't out yet but Feb prices seems reasonable. The more I research the more it seems like I can afford it but the argument with Mark will be the most costly part of this trip.
