Did they shut down your kids' accounts too? Were your kids paying expenses in your or DH's names?
The kids can't login (but did not receive shut down emails), so I assume they are shut down as well. I assume Plastiq thinks we're all the same person and that I've opened "fake" accounts. And yes, I paid my son's rent from my account. On the flip side, they have paid our car payment from theirs. If customer service doesn't reinstate, then perhaps I will reach out to the private banking specialist who has emailed me twice in the past week . . .
