2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 31, 2017 - November 13, 2017

This is what we do also. I have speadsheets with all of our special event reservations notated, all seminars & demos listed along with other F & W happenings & hours for all the parks. But we only really view the sheets at night while planning for the next day and in the morning to remind us what we have scheduled. I may try to upload it to my phone this year so I don't feel compelled to take the pages with me each day.
I too have spreadsheets and checklists that we rreview at night and before heading to the parks. I do also like the Passport to check things off. I am happy to hear that others do this too...as my partner just said, I have found my people!

If you have an iPhone, WDW Food&Wine is the best app out there. You can add stuff to a wishlist, mark them as tasted/favorite, and view previous years' (and Flower & Garden) menus. The data is also downloaded (but still periodically updated) so you can turn off cell/Wi-Fi to save battery. I used it last year and it was a life saver.

Yep, the app is awesome. I also use the Numbers app on my iPhone to look at my plans. Just an export from Excel to Numbers and it looks 99% the same.

Question: How do you all store your information as you head to F&W? I've got my selections on a spreadsheet at the moment, but I'm not going to walk around with a printout. I know there is a booklet but we'll be hitting Epcot our first day, first thing in the morning, so we won't really have time to go through and mark the booklet.

This is exactly what DH is doing here. We always enter the IG around 10:00, pick up a festival guide map, then sit and study it, organizing our "plan of attack" until WS and the F&W booths open at 11:00.

We get a festival booklet, but only to mark off what we tried so we remember the next time. Otherwise, we do the same as Tink10--wander and graze each day for lunch and dinner or at least a portion of each day if we have other dining plans.

This is our plan too! Looking forward to bumping into other DISBoard wanderers during the week of 9/10.

I asked this elsewhere, but how are sunday nights during the F&W festival? I'd like to attend on Sept 10th but I will also have my young son with me.

While Sundays are still relatively crowded, it is EASILY the best day of the weekend to go. Fridays and Saturdays, as you might imagine are almost unbearably crowded by early evening. We've changed our schedule in recent years from Friday/Saturday to Sunday/Monday for this very reason

Will Epcot be insanely busy Sunday this weekend? We are at Universal this weekend, but I was planning on swinging over for a few Late afternoon/evening hours. Have some good fast passes and wanted to check out a few F&W booths. We will be back to Disney for a week in early October, so if Sunday will be super crazy busy, I may just skip it. I know Sunday's are normally slower, but with this being Labor Day weekend, I'm guessing that rule does not apply. Any thoughts?

It *might* be incredibly busy. But then it might not. F&W has never been open for Labor Day weekend so it's hard to say for sure. With it being opening weekend too it could go either way really.
