2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 31, 2017 - November 13, 2017

This may have already been addressed, but is the sampler package worth it? We're not doing a disney dining package, so everything is OOP (although we have a bunch of Disney gift cards/Disney rewards $). Are drinks part of it?

Did you know you can go to disneygiftcard.com and transfer all the gift card balances to one card? I just learned about this recently. I'm planning on getting one of the gift cards with the wrist bungee and transferring funds onto it through that website as well.

I didn't know that, but wow, that would be super helpful!! I earned gift cards through my health insurance and have about $750, but it's a mix of $100, $50 & $25 ones!

Uh. These are not quite as nice as the collectible glasses in my opinion. Was hoping they'd continue that tradition as I really liked those.
I agree. They aren't even pins, just cheapy buttons. I get that they no longer have the corporate sponsorship that offsets the cost of doing nicer AP gifts, but something even halfway decent would've been nice, instead of a 10 cent button

Noooo... all these things for my first trip (both for F&W, and other park happenings/closings) and they are going away....

I was really hoping for glasses though. I'm very into just getting pairs of glasses, especially wine/alcohol ones, so when people are over you can tell your glass apart :)

Is it worth getting one of those little trays from the Festival Center? There are a number of booths where I plan on saying, "Yeah, I'll take the lot," so I'm thinking the tray might come in handy, and it looks small enough to shove in my purse when I don't need it.

I find it useful in busy times where it's tough to find a table (or trash can!) to eat on. Like you, I stick it in my tote and have it if I need it. I probably only end up using it a handful of times on a trip but in those times it's so helpful that it's worth it to me. I did buy the F&W themed one (think they're <$10) but have seen others comment they've found plain ones in local wine shops or online for much cheaper and just brought those along. In fact, think there's a picture of one in the last few pages of this thread. The trays are pretty small so not sure they'll hold "the lot" but will certainly help you in transporting multiple items from the booth, even if you find a table

That's what I thought but I couldn't find them. I logged in as well. Is there a trick or search you need to find them?
I had trouble too - thought it'd be under 'new items' or there would be a food and wine department.

anyway - search "food and wine" and they'll show up
