We did not get a refillable mug. We were planning to spend no time at the resort, so it would not be worth it for us.

We requested water view but did not get it. We are in the 60s, building 4. 4th floor. Room 4434. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to the food court. Not bad at all. We have a view of trees. Super quiet!

There are towels at the Hippy Dippy pool, but not at the other 2 pools.

We always found that there were carts full of them at the elevators in each building. And you can also call Mousekeeping to ask for more towels. It's usually the first call I make when we walk in the room regardless of what resort we're at. I also leave a note for Mousekeeping every day requesting extra towels (if we haven't been able to "stock up" from the carts at the elevators). That way I know we have them and don't need to go track down towels when we go to the pool.

Has anyone know what parts of the resort have been updated with the new rooms? We are coming on June 30th for 9 days and have a preferred pool room. We actually like the changes to the rooms as it will give us more space and not be forced to sit on beds the whole entire time to do anything.

With Preferred Pool View, you will be in the 60s section, on either side of the Hippy Dippy Pool. We are checking in 6/19 and have the same room category as it was it was the only category I could book with the Summer Meal Plan. We check out on the 30th.

I'm going with my Aunt, Uncle and Cousins. We have Preferred Pool View from June 17th-25th.

Preferred Pool View is on either side of the Hippy Dippy Pool, it is a busier area of the resort and, therefore, can be a bit noisier. I have requested the top floor, to help minimize the noise. But, it really is not that terrible. We were PPV in November 2015 and it was loudest around 9 pm when the movies were going on, but nothing that kept us from falling asleep.

I am arriving the first of July and today my early check in started. I am thinking that I should request the 90's building, but not sure. Would hate to get a non-refurbished room AND be right next to the construction. If I can't get a refurbished room, I would rather be in the 50's section away from it.

I would also wait, I don't think they will or can place you in a room that is done but the rest of the floor/building has not been completed. I would think it would be a safety issue.

They don't have alarm clocks unless the previous guest left it and mousekeeping don't take it out. Unfortunately they removed them last year. I missed the alarm clock in September but didn't feel like going to the front desk to get one. I like having an alarm clock but my DH prefers to use his phone.

Yes,I think they have stopped the "clock radio removal program" they were in the process of doing-on our last 7 Value Resort stays there was a clock radio in the room on arrival.

I missed the alarm clock in September but didn't feel like going to the front desk to get one.

You don't have to go to the FD-Housekeeping will bring you one.

I have only seen pics of the model but not the completed. Those are on page 206 and I think 208 but only the models so changes could occur.
