For October, November and the first three weeks of December the answer is also that I think there will be a free plan but with several periods of black dates and many hidden surprises regarding unavailable dates "de facto" from the beginning.

Answering question 1: I think YES will be a free meal plan for September .

Also for October, November and December (with the clarifications of the previous paragraph).

I know what black out dates are but I don't know what the rest of that sentence means.

im betting its nov 28-30th that week I think they don't normally give that Monday(after thanksgiving) as a date and I've
never seen opened on thanksgiving.

Last year the Monday after thanksgiving was not blacked out.

I really hope it drops on a Monday like the last couple of years. I don't work on Mondays so I can stay up all night in Sunday with everyone someone said something about creating a place where everyone could go chat when the dis goes down for maintenance. Didn't they set up a facebook page for that last year?

Last year FD was available the Sat after Thanksgiving. That's when we went and loved it. Hoping for similar dates this year!

Can you clarify this for me a little please! We will be there September 2017 and December 2017. Would I be able to possibly book a FD bounceback at one of these stays?

You should definitely in September if they do free dining bounce backs this year. In December your bounceback will be a 30% off 20% off etc. if there isn't a card in your room, call from your room and ask what the bounceback is.

Just looking at last year. It was blacked out 11/22-11/25 which was Tuesday- Friday thanksgiving week. Then blacked out again on 11/29. So the days that were available were Sat-Mon after thanksgiving. My check in is on the Monday after so I had looked at this before booking. But I'm pretty flexible. In fact I was looking at it and I can even go earlier November as long as I am out there before thanksgiving rush comes in.

Man, Disney is gunning hard for my business. In the last 2 weeks I have received, 2 emails with codes, a mailer for both myself and DH for Copper Creek (their new cabins) and today DH received a mailer with a code for up to 30% a room 5/28-8/31. They must be watching me lurk their website

I've been getting the same, 2 emails in the last two weeks and now the same mailer you got. Just hoping the codes continue as I'm not holding out much hope for FD this year, currently booked WL. 10/27-11/2.

Same travel dates as us and same question! I consider it the third week but I feel like the writer doesn't because then he/she mentions the last week but that would mean skipping a week and ...

Except for maybe 2014 the last few years when Disney released free dining for the UK a few days later it was announced in the US (the dates below are general only and not visa card holders). What are your thoughts?
