Yes, identical twins.

How funny. And I love hearing there are other's the same age range. :) Mine love making new friends - not a shy bone in either of them.

NICE! My daughter loves making friends but she IS shy! Has anyone considered starting an email pen pal club for kids? Maybe a little too early but if you guys want to send me names, ages and email addresses I'll get this kick started, well, next summer. :)

No, I had not thought of that. We were suppose to go on a Carnival cruise last Christmas (one of my DDs got a virus the night before we were suppose to board so we missed it), and they set up a private facebook page for kids to get to know each other - but no one ever chatted.

I'll pm you my DDs email addresses. They take after their parents. . .chatty. :)

I have to say the Green family is so excited about joining this cruise. Mom and dad with 2 girls 5 and 7...we have been to Disneyworld twice but this cruise will be a first for us. I have the sneaking suspicion that the girls will want to spend a lot of time in the kids centers so this may be a little more relaxing trip for mommy :earboy2:

Thanks for the reply...

I have q question. When should we book Meal/Spa/Excursion reservations? Wondering if it is too far out at this point?

Just going to post info here.

Kathy and Kurt
Megan 6-likes blue and boy things
Maddy 8

First time family cruise from Houston.

Don't have my cabin number with me but will post it later.

Several answers to your questions.

As a first time cruiser, you can begin booking dining, spa and excursions 75 days before your cruise. Currently is is too early for anyone to book these.

I do not book excursions in Key West as it is so easy to wander around and see things on your own. You can often find coupons for things like the Conch Train and museums that will save you money over booking with Disney.

In Nassau, the Blue Lagoon excursions tend to get better reviews than Atlantic, but I have not done either. I can recommend the Chocolate tour at the Graycliff hotel if you decide on something non-beachy.

There are a limited number of cabanas on Castaway Cay, and will most likely be taken by concierge and platinum cruisers. If you are not sailing concierge, you would be very unlikely to be able to secure a cabana as a first time cruiser. Please be aware that there are plenty of chairs, loungers, umbrellas, hammocks, etc. on Castaway Cay, so even without a cabana, your family will be able to find a great spot.

My cabin in on 7 and my sister's is on 5.

We have never attempted a cruise before. That good to know about the cabanas. I was thinking they might be handy if the weather is bad.

Hoping it isn't too cold in Movember to enjoy a little beach time.:cool1:

Hi everyone,

I have been asked to manage the FE for our cruise. I have the current list, but am looking to fill in some of the information gaps so we can start dividing into groups.

I have sent some folks PMs, so if you see them, please respond. If you don't see one, I either have all the information, or I haven't made it through the entire list yet!

If you haven't seen our guidelines, I am happy to send those via email if you provide me an email address.

Have a magical day!
Leslie Jones
