I drive to work at 7 am. Should I call then or will it be fine to wait till I get to my office at 730? Never done this before

Is 7am the 'release' time? Not midnight? Lol I have to wait for my TA to do it...

Two years ago I booked weeks later after release and no worries... But, freaking this year. Lol last time we stayed at POR, but this time we want BC...

Are you saying all these dates should be available to book around early May? Have they ever released all the way through December before?

So happy to see that Aug 31 possible start date. We are going regardless of FD, but it sure would be an awesome early birthday gift to myself if we are able to snag FD

I have been on hold for as long as 3 hours when I call to adjust my client's reservations. Other agents in my agency have been on hold for 5+ hours before. We work with different CM's at the Reservation Center and they are awesome. They get our reservations adjusted very quickly.

We wanted to go Nov 22-30, but FD ends Nov 20. If I arrived on the 20th, and my hubby on the 22nd, would we both still get free dining as long as I have checked in on the 20th? Do they really need to see everyone in your party when you check in?

Traditionally, up to three rooms as long as each room has a $200 deposit with Disney Visa

Ugh, my dates aren't there. We check in on October 18th. That week was included last year, so bummed to see it isn't there now. How absolute is this information? Is there any hope that these dates are a little off? Or are you pretty positive at this point? I'm new to the free dining watch this year...I lucked into it last year.

The dates are pretty solid. I feel your pain. We check in the 17th, and while I knew there was a decent chance they would exclude our dates this year (because last year was crowded), I still had hope. Now our only hope is a FD pin.

Good thing we had 2 sets of dates. If they use these dates, the week had hoped to go in October is not included. Which is fine - we went in September 2 years ago and the weather was fine. Takes more than an occasional rain shower to ruin our day! And either way, praying FD and POFQ may be in my future!!!!!



Thanks so much Black, Smitch, and everyone else for informing us all and helping us to maintain our sanity (or a reasonable facade of sanity) with our families while we wait for this promotion (and refrain from making those reservations no matter how much I want to!!). Even my DH is calling me on Mondays and Thursdays to see "have they announced anything yet?" The FD fever is contagious...
