Has anyone seen Sylvester? He was our head server on Magic in 2012. We loved him! He told us he planned to go back to Palo. Has anyone seen him? Is he still on Magic?

Does anyone know if Oppie Destawijaya is on the Magic?? This summer he was our server on the Fantasy and he told us that he requested to go back to the Magic. We are hoping to request him for our cruise this summer on the Magic.

I am looking for some server suggestions for the Dream in August. We just got off the Magic and had Sammy (I told him we were taking advice from some disboard friends and I am hoping we get the same wonderful service in August! We are B2B on the dream, so I would like to have the same server for both!

Any suggestions would be helpful, here or PM

We sailed the MAGIC Feb24-Feb28 2014. Loved "our" whole staff and got to know a little about all of them beyond their "name tag". But, we didn't really know about the etiquette and protocol in regard to staying in touch. Hoping I might get help from DIS'ers to learn their surnames. Thx for the help.

We got off the wonder yesterday! He went on vacation a couple of weeks ago but will be returning to the wonder in a few weeks!

Does anyone know a headserver/manager named Cedomir from Yugoslavia (or what was known as Yugoslavia)?
He was on then Magic, went to the Fantasy and we know he wanted to go back to the Magic.Wishful thinking that he will be on the Wonder in May for our Alaska cruise.

The best server and asst server: Aziz and Meisa, posing with my son in the photo below.

They were our servers on the Disney Magic last May when we did the first NYC cruise. LOVED them!!! Would love the pleasure of having them again some time. They truly were "excellent"!!

Meisa was our Assistant Server on our Magic B2B earlier this month. He was, hands down, the best server we have ever had on any cruise (regardless of cruise line!). He was working with Pairoj (from Thailand - also a fantastic server!) and they were an fabulous team. We did learn that Meisa was to be promoted to Server the day we disembarked. I know he will do great things no matter where he is.

We've had Sylvester several times in Palo on the Magic. He was due back on the Magic in Palo the cruise after ours last summer in the Med.

Mihail from Hungary was Magical for our DREAM cruise. I wish I could have him on the Magic!

You might want to try a SEARCH on this thread, searching for the word WONDER.
1) Scroll to the top of any thread page ... located the blue rectangle at upper/right (SEARCH)
2) Once you click on that button, another window will pop open. Enter the word you would like to search ... then click GO.

While the majority of the posts refer to cast members on the Magic and Fantasy, there are many who have commented about the Wonder (understandably, not as many comment about the Dream) likely, based upon the relatively short period of time onboard).

I'm really glad to hear this!!! Meisa was awesome! We were a party of 4 adults and he and Aziz showed us as much, or more, attention as their other tables with kids. Meisa and my son Robb enjoyed trying to outwit each other with puzzles and riddles, etc.

I know that Meisa will be a great server! And I hope that I see both of them on a future cruise.

I know, I agree, I just find it odd EVERY post on here seems to be from every ship but the Wonder. It is the black sheep of the family? Does it sail empty, with Mickey and Minnie wandering the halls alone?

Absolutely not! The Wonder had some of the best and most experienced crew until the newer ships came out. They have had to move on to the bigger ships to train bunches of new people. They are slowly making their way back to the classics, if they desire, as there are experienced people to replace them.

I was on the Wonder last August, and truly enjoyed this ship. So beautiful and such wonderful memories!
Reagan was my server and he was absolutely lovely! If he is always on the Wonder, you should ask for him.
Does anyone know were Grenville (our stateroom host on the Wonder) and Reagan (our server) are currently?

Please post back and let us know after your cruise which server you had. I just sent off a b'day card and letter to Sammy where I was inquiring if he would be onboard during the EBTA in a few weeks and if he was not going to be available, then who could he recommend that would be onboard during our upcoming cruise. Specifically, I was inquiring if I MADE would be onboard in hopes that one or the other of them could be our servers.
