OurJack and Sally photo showed up in MY photos but not my wife's, despite both of our bib numbers being fully visible. Is there a way to combine photos from 2 runners into one download? We are in most of the same photos, but there are a few which only show up for one or the other.

Is this a new company? I seems they still have some bugs to work out.

I'm wondering this, too. I have the pictures of me and my husband at the post-race photo on my bib account, but it's not on his. It's not even as a provisional or unidentified pic. I was able to grab some of his finisher pics and add them to my account, but he's got some really good pics on his bib account that I'd love to have, but we can't afford to pay $80 twice, especially since we definitely are wanting to get the pics from our daughter's Kid's Race. Hers came out GREAT!

Yikes...that sounds harsh to me, with nearly 60,000 runners over the 3 races to have photos up online and sorted by now.
What it seems to me that the company is doing is trying to get photos up as quickly as possible, even though they have not completely sorted them yet. In the past, no way ANY photos would have been posted online yet, and it would not be unusual to wait at least 5 days and even up to a week before there was anything available online.
Maybe, with a little patience, all the photos will come up. It's barely been 5 days since the full.

Five 5k photos will not be linked like the half and the full, you will need to select 5k from this link and type in your last name. http://www.brightroom.com/disney2013/. Did you check the link at the bottom of My Photos labeled "Click to view your provisional assignments"? I found my half finish photos that way

We got ours by Sunday. Finish line photos for the 5k showed up Monday. I would call them if you don't have any yet.. We have about 30 for my wife and son.

I like the new company.. prices are reasonable. I called them today and they confirmed they are done downloading all their photos (even marathon finish). I am checking unidentified photos then will place my order.

I agree. When I did the princess it took at LEAST a week to have any pictures up. They seem to be putting them up as they go. I rather have some up and then the rest instead of waiting until they are all up a week later.

But I do wonder why Disney changed photographers in what seemed like the last minute. In the Expo map of the program they still had brightroom listed. I was surprised when I got to the booth and found marathonfoto instead. I liked that they had a map with all the photographerlocations ahead of time. So far they seem reasonable.

Didn't mean to sound rude, sorry about that. I just find the site kind of hard to navigate. It's not very user friendly, in my opinion. I guess I would have also preferred to wait 1 week (or however long) and just have everything up at once. I will admit, I'm not the most patient person though! All my patience is exhausted by my kids!!!
I'll just wait and poke around in a few days. Thanks for the 5k info! I'm not computer smart, does it show?!!

I preordered my photos at the expo for 65 bucks and purchased the premium download and video package. I ended up with 12 images of myself along the 1/2. They also included a handful of images they took of the race winner, the official start and the finish line. There were two videos in mp4 format, mid-resolution, 30 seconds each. One was as I was exiting the Magic Kingdom, one was at the finish line.

Overall, I was underwhelmed with the quality of my photos but I have seen some great ones in there looking thru the unclaimed ones. I feel for the price we pay they could possibly give us some higher resolution photos.

My 5k pics are on there.

Not all of my marathon pics are there yet. But maybe I'll have to search for them.

I agree with you in that the site isn't as user friendly as the previous one.

Odd. It doesn't do that when I try it and when I Google both together I only get articles about them being competitors.

I have a spreadsheet of all the Goofy results that can be sorted. I am going to work on all the results once I get back home. I will have to figure out a way to get it stored where everyone can access it.

First post here - just wanted to say wow, what a great experience all weekend. Took my 18 mo old son to WDW for the first time, and he just had an absolute blast. Ran my first marathon, and despite the "wall" eating me alive after mile 20, I was still really happy with the experience.

One question I'm curious if anyone here knows the answer to...

Does the medal plaque from Marathon Foto include a duplicate medal? It looks like the products from Lasting Commemoratives and Fond Memories both do, but I prefer the look of the plaque to the shadow box. I just couldn't tell based on the product description whether or not the medal was included.

It depends on what you bought I think. There are packages with medals and ones without. I would call or email to clarify which one you got, they usually will adjust your order. HTH!
