What you drink the most

Water and sweet tea. There is no life without sweet tea. :teeth:

Water, unsweetened iced tea and Vitamin Water Zero. I try not to drink calories so anything else with sugar is out.

Gingerale is definitely my non-alcoholic drink of choice ... can't live without it :cool1:

UNSWEETENED Iced Tea...I drink it all four seasons...Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It has no calories and I love the taste (and it is cheap). Just Ice and Tea. Plain. Occasionally a little lemon...but not enough to really taste. If I wanted Lemonade...I would buy Lemonade.

I am not trying to put anyone down that drinks Sweet Tea, but how to you keep your pancreas from shutting down? :rotfl: All I can think of is if I were to drink it for more than two days, I'd be having to give myself insulin injections. I know, I know...it's a southern thing so I suppose I should adapt since I live here now, but I sincerely doubt I will be able too.

Club soda over ice with a slice of lime.

That's why you drink water too. To flush your body of all of the sugar. :lmao:

To be fair, I don't want my sweet tea sweet enough to make my teeth hurt...just slightly sweet. :cloud9:

Everyone knows if you drink enough water it dissolves the sugar!

All day: Spring water, either plain or with Crystal Lite Iced Tea mixed in. Not a fan of soda, caffeine, or calories. Crystal Lite Iced Tea is 99% caffeine free. :thumbsup2

iced tea as in Arizona ice tea or snapple.............not sure if thats the same as your guys sweet tea...........

Also love coke slurpees and pina coladas ..............

BY FAR ~ Coffee. Coffee, coffee, coffee.

I don't think I drink anything else, other than Vitamin Water or Sobe Pure, during Zumba. (which BTW, if anyone likes sports drinks, Sobe Pure has a limited editions Pineapple & Watermelon only at Target, which are superb)

Skinny Water is good too. BUT - I'll panic if it get's busy, or a server goes down at work, and I was due to run out for an Iced Coffee. :upsidedow
