Anyone else sailing single on this cruise? This is my 5th Disney cruise and I couldn't wait to get on the new ship, so I'm going solo!

Hope to meet some others that are sailing alone and maybe meet some new friends.

I will be staying at French Quarter night before the cruise. I'd be interested in the shared transportation rather than taking the bus.

I too need to go directly to the airport on Sunday morning Melissa & Dan, but I have an early flight at 11:40am, so I will need to hustle off the ship. Not sure what time you are heading back to the airport but if it's early, maybe we can coordinate.

I sailed solo on a Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Wonder cruise a few years ago and am closest of friends now with the people that I met on the Wonder that trip! We visit and take Disney trips as a group regularly ever since. The best thing I ever could have done was go on that cruise alone and come away with amazing friends. Hope you have the same experience! Let's keep in touch and share contact info if you are interested before the trip.

No excursions. I will try to book Palo and Remy when I get onboard. I just booked the trip last week (impulsively!), so I missed a lot of the pre-planning. Usually I just grab a cab over to Atlantis when we hit Nassau. On Castaway Cay, I'll either walk or tram over to Serenity Bay, sit by the water, eat BBQ and head back to the ship for a quiet afternoon by Quiet Cove pool.

I actually have a Remy reservation, but am not sure I'll be keeping it - it's 3.5 hours to dine there!
I'm doing one tour in Nassau, but what you have in mind on CC is pretty much what I was thinking. I have a spa appointment at 4:15, so will be heading back earlier.

Hey Purdue Mouse!

You will love the Fish Extender experience I assume you have a FE or know what they are? If not, you can Google them and see- I made mine with felt and a glue gun-lol. You can also buy them on Ebay if you want a really nice one. Just hang it up as soon as you get on board and get to your room. We received gifts for each of us individually and also some were for the whole family (chocolate, puzzles, stickers, stamps, mini-alcohol bottles, etc.). Some people gave gifts everyday, some just once, some put their names on their gifts, some just dropped things anonymously into the pockets... Personally, we had 3 cabins for our family last year, so each cabin gave gifts one time during the cruise. We each picked a different night to give them out. On pirate night, my in-laws gave pirate-themed gifts. The kids loved exploring the ship and being "cruise fairies"
Hopefully that covers it for you. We can't wait to see y'all in 3 weeks! Also, if either of the single cruising ladies want to join in the FE'ers, we'd love to have you!
