We jump in the car and go tearing around the complex parking lots- we get to the last turn before ours and Rick says "tell me it's not in front of our building".

You do know that most people run AWAY from fires, right?

Good morning Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving yesterday? Anyone go shopping? I don't know why but amazon.co.uk had a black friday sale this week I don't know why they called it black friday and not just a random sale! I didn't see anything usefull though!

Epic Mickey is released today - I pre-ordered it so I'm hoping it may arrive today Can't wait to have a play!

Yesterday we saw our video game expert nephew who thought we should buy Epic Mickey - turns out Greg pre-ordered it too!!!

I think I'll buy sing-a-me-jigs for all my new great nieces and nephews, I think they're really cute. And a Kinect Sensor for my two grandsons.

Good Morning Everyone!!!! I missed getting on here yesterday, thought I would have more to read through, but I guess everyone was as busy as I was....got some serious cruise shopping done with some really good sales....we saved almost as much as we spent...still a little more to do today, plus DD has to return the ONE pair of jeans that she did not try on...figures...lol...I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving....I had DD prepair the turkey this year, afterall, it's time that she learned....I stood back and coached....you know how hard that was for me not to have my hands in it??? Well, the turkey turned out perfect and she was so proud of herself. We got the outside of the house decorated.....I got the tree up and decorated yesterday before shopping....now to do the inside....it's going real SLOW....I'm just not into it this year..maybe because all that's on my mind is the cruise and getting ready for it....DD still has NOT pulled down the suitcases from the attic...wish I could do it myself, but I have a fear of heights, plus I'm not allowed to lift heavy things quite yet....must make her do it today.....here's wishing you all a great day....

Went in the bedroom during the day --- DH had his suitcase out. He was actuallly doing some packing. Wow. He was packing - and it's not the day before we leave. [Wish it were]

Thanks Becx, replied and added a scrapbook post to my TR. I really have been too bored this weekend for my own good! Thanks for the ideas on other posts!

In other news, I really have got to stop making such a habit of being awake still by the time you are starting your day! I keep staying up past two and three!
Amazing what college does to any attempt to impose a sleep cycle.

Amazing what college does to any attempt to impose a sleep cycle.

You need to make sure you're not too exhausted for the cruise (esp. as you are driving), you won't be sleeping much while we're cruising

Hi all...quiet day today, finished up some minor chores..now spending the day relaxing and watching Christmas movies....

I am going to try and get extra sleep during finals week. Believe it or not compared to the normal term that week is actually slow as far as school work goes and when I get to work for money the most! I am hoping we can leave fairly early that Saturday so that I can collapse at the Radisson at the port fairly early. Thanks for the reminder of how little sleep I will be getting. Energy drinks anyone?

I'm bringing my kindle. Going to love sitting on the deck or beach reading. Might bring my new Ipad as well. It arrives on Tuesday. I caved and finally bought one
