Can anyone tell me a little about Mickey's Philharmagic

Love the movie except for one thing - its too short!

Mickey's Philharmagic is something our family does ATLEAST 5 times during our trip. It's fabulous!!!

Without a doubt the best show at Disney in my opinion!!! :goodvibes Only downside for us was the man in front of us that refused to take off his bit tall hat, like the Dr. Suess kind, despite guest complaints and a CM asking him to remove it. But I did not let that ruin it for me. :goodvibes

This is one of our favorites! We always try and see it first thing when we get there. The 3D effects are great. It is usually not a long wait to get in and the theater seats a lot of people. If you do have to wait it is mostly indoors in A/C. Nothing really to frighten little kids unlike the other 3D movies. It showcases many of the Disney movies (Beauty and the Beast, Fantasia, Alladin, Lion King, Little Mermaid, Peter Pan). Be sure to turn around and look up at the back of the theater after the movie is over.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!! DS was 4 when we first went and it was absolutely his favorite thing at MK. It definitely puts you in the Disney mood! It's one of our favorites!

{{{LOVE}}} it! I've seen three of the four 3-Ds and they're all awesome! This one is my favorite, though!

one of my favorite 'sit in' rides. I'm a thrill seeker but this was one ride that i simply loved. Trust me, . . . . if you go, you won't regret it~

ahahah well, . the first time i've seen it was in HONG KONG disney but i doubt that it'll be very different.

YOu have to got to see it.

actually, . . u can take pictures if you want. My friend took pictures and even though they were doubled (b/c of the 3d) the pictures looked really awesome haha!

i wonder what'll happen if you put the 3 d glasses over the camera

Although Im sure you figured it out by now, Id like to add that Philhar Magic is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to agree with everyone else! Saw Philharmagic 2 times on this last trip and enjoyed it both times. The best 3D Disney has. We saw it the second time during evening EMH and there were so few people you could select which seat you desired. :thumbsup2

We took our first trip to WDW last year in October. There are two things that DD6 will talk about being scared to death on Space Mountain and Mickey's PhilharMagic....of course she always talks about the Donald ending up behind you....remember to watch in front AND behind you too! We had no idea, but there was a gentleman sitting beside us telling us when to turnaround and look. It was awesome. We are going back again this October and will definately be going again. It's a MUST!!!!

This is DEFINATELY a MUST-DO! Its one of the attractions that you just HAVE to visit, or you'll be missing out! We saw it three times on our last visit :)

I am reading that this show features many of the Disney's classics. I was wondering if there are any scenes with any of the "witches" or villains? My daughter seems to be afraid of the witches in the Disney movies, and the last thing I would want to expose her to is a 3D Witch coming right at her! I am not planning on taking her to Snow White's Adventure even! That's how scared she gets!

I will be the dissenter here. Hopefully this is not being built up to high for you. It is a fun 3D movie but was one of the most disappointing attractions for me. I would not consider it in the top 25 at WDW. It certainly had some potential though.

This is one of absolute favourite attractions. We don'thave children and we still manage to see Philharmagic at least 10 times per trip. I'm sooooo looking forward to seeing it again in December!!! Don't miss it

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I have seen this a number of times and I don't remember anything that scared my kids (no witches or otherwise). My kids have seen this at all different ages, the youngest being 3, and were never scared at all.

About the only villain I remember seeing is Iago from Aladdin. The brooms from Fantasia also appear, but to comic effect.

The first time I saw it, DD was days away from turning six. During the Little Mermaid sequence, there's a scene with floating jewels. I looked over at DD, and she was reaching to get the jewels with a look of absolute bliss on her face. The music in the film is all from the original soundtracks. Definitely worth seeing. I've lost track of how many times we've seen it over the years.
