April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!

as always, thanks for hosting this Vern!

last month I blew my goal away half way through the month so this month i'm really going for it!! I'm aiming for.........

2700 minutes!!! thats an hour and a half each day! Wish me luck! :cool1:
 
Since I did not make it last month, I know this month will be better even if it is one day less. I'm going to hopefully get doc's blessings to be able to start doing things a bit more.

Please include me for 1200.
 
I'm in for 1600 min again this month!

Hopefully I will stay healthy this month. I really didn't think I was going to get last month's goal in, but fortunately I was able to get back on my feet again in time to get my last minutes in. Good thing I'd gotten a lot of my goal in early.

Now for the bad news - no exerise for me today! Great start to this month! Not! I weent to my ortho today for my second injection of three and the gel really swelled up going into my left knee so I'm off my feet today. I'm sur it will have settled in by tomorrow like it usually does and I'll be back at it again but it's rest for me today.

Started the month with 60 minutes tonight. So I'm 60/900!
 
Thanks again for setting up another month of exercise challenge! I'm going to raise my numbers this month - summer is coming so I'll up it to 1200 for the month. Good luck everyone and have fun.

I'm in for another 950 minutes this month. I've already got 60 minutes for the month and for the year I'm up to 2495/12000.

Hi! My husband and I just started walking in the afternoon and I think joining all of you in this exercise challenge might be just the motivation I need to continue. I'd like to sign up for 30 min. a day, 900 for the month. I did my 30 today so 30/900. Marie
