Well if you can get to PA in the next few hours, come on over...It's pasta night! Maybe you can show my kids what it's like to eat what's put on the plate in front of you while you're here.

I found the article...looks like they're adding some neat stuff. I used to really like MGM, but lately people have been saying it's going downhill. I'm glad to see that Disney is focusing some attention on it. I will miss the Stars in Motorcars parade, though. Fortunately we will get to see it one last time on our Dec. trip!

Ours will miss 5, which is awfully close to the line for their "unexcused" so I am really wanting to make sure they authorize it. I am doing anyway, regardless, of course!!! I think Meag is the same as Chris. She tends not to be as "classroom" driven. Catie on the other hand LOVES the classroom stuff...This week we took last years Math workbooks to grandma's (babysitter) so they can refresh. Catie was SO EXCITED to get to do "school stuff" during the day...

CAn you package up some of that "school stuff" excitement and send it on to me? Neither of mine are really interested in it.

Oh, I think I might do that. I want to know about the stuff my kids do that I won't get to see.

I already bought them small notebooks so they can take TR notes.

You can put together a really cute journal... You should do it the girls would love it and its really not educational to them but it does help with their writing.

The last big breakfast I made was grilled chicken tacos.... we don't exactly eat on a 'normal' schedule around here.

Yay!!! I'm jealous, though! Have fun!!!!

Sounds good. I am still dealing with getting Krista moved out of the unaccredited school she is in and back to the one she has been in for the last 3 years. was put of flast week cause the coordinator wason vacation. should have heard from her by Monday. So I call yesterday and low & behold she has been moved and Krista new coordinator is on vacation & will be back on Monday! ACK!! She is NOT attending the school she is assigned!

And still waiting to se eif Jeff will get held back in 4th, though the asst. principle who was there when I turned in the request looked & acted like "no problem". She was Jeff's mentor/confidante and looked out for him last year. She was also the one he kicked & hit when he had a major meltdown.

Hopefully we will ifnd out before we leave, but then again, who knows! School starts 2 days after we get back, but no chance to talk with them until then.

That sounds so frustrating. I hope you get it straightened out before you go, just so you can enjoy your vacation and not worry about it.

oh yeah.....even for this thread.


and NO!!!! BD offered to go to work with me when they were harrassing me....it would end up with Tara having to post bail.

I'm glad its healing. And of course if your just like me you will hit it all the time.. Or the kids will find that one finger..
