Not interested at all. The whole point for us is that they are centered around the kids first rather than the kids clubs and programs being an afterthought to placate parents. For that, we pay a very hefty premium. I also don't think the things that I value about the cruise would really work without the kids. I think I'd find all adult Disney spaces a little sad, honestly.

I chose sure since we don't have kids but honestly there would need to be some kind of hook for us to seek it out. If its just a lack of kids and everything else is the same then we wouldn't care. There aren't THAT many tantrums we encounter on a cruise and I'm having a hard time thinking of anything they could do without kids that they don't already do with kids (just keeping it in the adult areas). Maybe more earlier 'adult' oriented shows like they do in the clubs at night? R rated movies on funnel vision?

Well said -- and some great points.

Good point. Yeah, especially if it was a premium price point there would need to be a lot more filler that targets the adult set.

I only voted yes because I don't have kids now and a 21+ only cruise would be something to experience but if/when I have kids I'm pretty sure I would vote no. DCL does a great job of providing 18+ adults private areas and it was such a great idea.

That's a very good point. What would an all adult cruise look like? It might be interesting, but I am not sure that I would actually notice or care. I mean the funnel vision and mickey pool would be more available, but I can't say I miss those areas. I am happy in satellite falls.

I agree there would have to be a "hook". I have no idea what that would be.

You know, I voted yes (no kids for us) but then realized that I've actually never had a "problem" with misbehaving kids on any of our DCL trips. If it was 21+, I wonder how crowded that it would feel without possibly half of the ship being in the kids' clubs? I think that curiosity would have me book it, as I'd love to see what they change about the events if they're geared for adults ... but I wouldn't be too upset if I didn't get a spot (unless they did something really amazing).

A good thought-provoking question, OP!

On our WBTA a couple of years ago we only had 200 kids on board. The magicians and one-man/woman shows had to scrounge like crazy to find youngsters for their acts. I vote to keep things the way they are or a casino or two might start creeping in...no way!!

I agree. I like vacationing with my children...no matter how many times we "threaten" not to take them again :teeth:

I totally get that. The only reason I'm ok with the idea is because mine meets the age cutoff. If she didn't I wouldn't want to go.

I'm sure I'll change my mind when both my children are adults. But it would still be Disney since I like what Disney does to entertain adults...we don't drink or gamble so not much point in going to other cruise lines. I know it's sad, but I really love going to the Anyone Can Cook shows. That's fun for me.

Thinking this might not be a bad idea? Just even once or twice a year? It's fun to see little kids reactions to things BUT adults can be just as enthusiastic. And the lines for the slides would be less. They don't have to change too much at all, really. Maybe a few more adult entertainers. Oh, does this mean we could play in the kids areas?????

I am just curious if anyone things it's a good idea? Don't we often head to the Adults only areas and Serenity Bay?
We've done 6 of our 13 cruises without our kids (they are quite unhappy when we do, but oh well.:)) We love it and have had some of our best dining table mates on the no kids cruises (Also the worst. Not horrible, just weird). Number 14, 7th without kids, booked for January.
