Ok WISHers are you all staying cool. It has been really hot here. We have not been cooking much just eating out and ordering in. I gained 3/4 of a pund this week!! I need to get back on track and am not sure how. But I will. I am working on it!! I have been drinking my water!! THat is at least one positive thing.
