The Fireworks/Nature View Rooms. The boat dock. The DVC Cabins.

Can you see fireworks from the deck on the drive up entrance roof? I remember seeing chairs pointing toward the MK.

We just stayed at WL last month. My husband and I went different weekends. I had room 6064, I think he was 605x. Both rooms had great fireworks views (his view was better. I think I requested 6030 or somewhere along there, because the further down that way the more you could see. My view of the castle was blocked by trees, but he could see it). I could also watch the monorail go in and out of the Contemporary. It was great sitting on my balcony with a drink after the kids went to bed.
I've stayed at a few DVC resorts, All Stars, and Pop. This definitely ranks at the top as of now (we didn't stay in the DVC portion, we had a CRO room on a "magical" deal for just $210 a night).
