Why are there no Fast Passes for Midway Mania from April 9 through May 7?

I'm assuming this has something to do with Toy Story Land construction?

FPs for TSM are not available from April 9th until at least mid-June.

Closing as the May date is no longer applicable.

Just added on 300 pts at OKW direct with Disney at $135 per point thru 2057. Added magical beginnings and that reduced the price to $115 per point.
