Who else is completely annoyed with new advertising band across screen?

The floating bar at the bottom has made navigating this site so annoying. Whoever decided to add this to the forum should be fired.
My DW and I do all of our surfing on our iPads and can’t get rid of the bar.

I agree. It is a free site so I dont feel I shuld complain but I do hate it and it makes me not want to come here.

I keep getting a 'malicious link blocked' by my security app on my phone. Only on the dis site, no other website.

I hope I don't jinx it by saying this too soon, but whatever malicious code they were running seems to be gone now

I had it too on my iPad, reinstalled Ad Block Plus and it’s gone.

Yes! I don't mind the ad so much as the fact that it covers part of the functionality of the tabs.
