Where, other than Connections, can I purchase meal vouchers?

We are doing 1 character breakfast and a few counter lunches (along with our sit down dinners). I remember a thread where it listed other places to purchase the vouchers, but I don't remember where they were.

Also, what are the costs for the vouchers (or is that variable, depending on where purchased)?
