What time to board the fantasy when staying at the Hyatt MCO

Thanks for all the replies. We ended up taking the Disney Magical Express at 11:45, got there at 12:48 and were on the ship by 1:08.

Just so as not to confuse anyone... The bus from MCO to the port is just the Disney Cruise Line bus. Disney’s Magical Express is the free bus service between MCO and the WDW resorts.
