HI what are your menus for the holiday????
Mine is:
Turkey
stuffing
mashed Potatoes
Turnip
Butternut squash
Brussel Sprouts casserole
cranberry sauce

Did I leave anything Out???? It'll be for 10 people...Ugh....

Well, my menu has been scaled down from my earlier intentions. (I was thinking about having a totally Disney meal.) After all of the baking, candy making, craft making, etc I'm tired already!

I don't like to do a big meal - I want to enjoy the family and not spend it in the kitchen. . . so everything on my menu is "make the day ahead". At the most, I'll have to throw the casseroles in the oven before we start. Also, we're having a brunch - which is a nice way of saying "we're going to graze our way through the day!"

Strawberry Banana Bread - Whispering Canyons
Breakfast Casserole (sausage, cheese, eggs, potatoes)
Frunch - Boma
Orange Muffins
Fruit Stollen
Au Gratin Potatoes - Cinderella's Royal Table
cold shrimp
ring bologna & cheese platter
veggies & dip
crab rangoon
"Face First Dip" & tortilla chips
Dole Whips
Banana Bread Pudding- Boma

We're starting sometime between 8 & 9. DD is 10 1/2 and can wait a little longer for the rest of us to wake up. Actually, DH & I would get up earlier, but DS wouldn't get up until noon if we let him. ;)

MsSocks is coming, so you can just park over by the barn next to her car! :D

Seriously, what's really nice about this is that I don't have to cook the day after either!
