what EpCot snacks are considered a snack on the dining plan?

all I know is that any snack cart or vendor who participates in the dining plan will have mouse ears of some kind of symbol on the menu next to the items available as a snack

Pretzel from Germany?

No, no, no, no, no...wouldn't it be nice if they were though?

It's basically the same at every park, but some of the resort food courts will allow some better items.

Generally you're limited to 20oz. soda, 24 oz. water, an ice-cream from the carts (not from the stores), popcorn, a fresh fruit item from the carts, or a Grab Bag size chips.
