What did you forget?

I'm a super planner - type A to the hilt! I've got spreadsheets for everything you can think of. I've even got my packing lists itemized and categorized. Crazy...

But...in my last couple of trips I have always forgotten something. Something important. Like last time when I forgot our Mickey Ears! What have you forgotten? I'm hoping this will be a good precautionary tale.
