What BWV Room?

We arrive for our first stay at BWV on Friday and would appreciate any advice on what room, building or area we should request. We are in a standard view studio. Should we request a preference when we arrive or fax a request now? Thanks in advance!

First of all, hope you have a wonderful trip!


We've stayed in standard view rooms twice now. These rooms overlook the Hotel entrance and roadway. There is nice landscaping between the rooms and the roadways. From the balconies of most of these rooms, you can see the higher fireworks from EPCOT's Illuminations.

There aren't really a lot of requests you can make with a standard view room. Smoking or non-smoking? Close to elevators or close to tennis courts? First floor or higher floor?

We requested non-smoking for both of our trips and were pleased with the room assigned both times.
