Water refill stations?

I know they have the self-service water dispensers at Gaston's Tavern--I used it my last trip this past May. Just to the right of the entrance, on a table by itself with cups. Granted, GT is at the very back of the park! But it was much better than the drinking fountain. There was another place with dispensers with fruit slices in them, but I don't remember which park I was in, or which place
