Water delivery or refillable mug at Hard Rock.

I know there is a refillable mug at the parks. But Is there one at the hotel that is refillable only at your hotel like disney’s? Also is it possible to use prime now for water delivery to the hard rock like you can do at Disney? Will bell services hold it? Sorry our first Universal trip. Family decided last minute to ask these questions

No refillable mugs are Hard Rock. There are at Cabana Bay, Sapphire Falls and Aventura.

Other people have shipped to the hotels.
