VWL room views

Does anyone have any opinions on room views at VWL? I know you can select woods, water, or courtyard (please correct me if I am wrong). What have been your preferences and why? I have no preference, only because I am unfamiliar but would love to hear suggestions. I am guessing that the woods view offers the most in terms of atmosphere and views, but would like to hear.

We had villa #4541 last week. Lake view. We had a full balcony. We had a view of trees but thru the trees you could see glimpses of the lake. At night when the water parade was going on we were just able to see thru the trees pieces of it. If I leaned a little bit out during Wishes I was able to watch.. This was our first visit home and loved the privacy.

Thanks for the information. I appreciate it. I forgot about the water parade. I'd love to know the best spot for that, too!
