In a one bedroom villa, can you request a rollaway bed and a pack in play?
Also, are beach chairs and umbrellas provided free of charge?

You can get a pack and play.

I don't believe there is a rollaway bed.

There is a king in the master. In the living room there is a pull out couch that sleeps two (possibly murphy bed if it has been refurbed) and a pull out twin sleeper chair.

Beach Chairs and umbrellas are not free but are available to rent.
Pool chairs are free.
