Timing ? on ADR's, FP & Tours

Making sure I have this right:

ADR's can book 180 days out starting at 6am EST online (?)

FP can be booked 60 days out starting at 7am online (?)

Tours can be booked at 180 days out starting at 7am by phone only (?)
**Also, if I want to book a few different tours do I have to call back at each 180 mark or does it work like FP since we're staying onsite?

Thank you for the response. As I stated, we are staying onsite. My question is actually about all 3 things, mostly about booking tours and if I need to call each day at the 180 mark.
