Tickets with Undercover Tourist - getting a card

I was about to buy my tickets from Undercover tourist. When I select the e-mail option, it says I can scan the bar code from my phone for entry. Will I have to scan for each ticket? Or can I bring the e-mail and convert it to a card for each person? US does the finger print verification like Disney, correct?

Its my understanding that each ticket will have its own individual barcode, so that will need to be scanned for each person prior to the fingerprint verification each time. I believe Guest Services will convert the ticket to a small card-size one that will fit in a lanyard though. This worked for us for our HHN tickets, so I don't see why it would be any different for park tickets.

You can pick up normal size tickets from guest services either with your phone bar code, or the printed out paper ticket.

I am curious about this too. We also bought e-tickets from Undercover Tourist. When you say "Guest Services," does that require a separate stop before going to the turnstiles? Would be great to handle this at the Universal hotel or just get the card at the turnstiles.
The latter is how it worked at Disneyland when we went last year with UT e-tickets - at the turnstiles, they had printed our hard copy tickets (which could also be used to pull old-school paper fastpasses) before we were even finished with the fingerprint scans, so it was seamless.

We bought our tickets from UT. I printed them at home (one page per ticket). when we hit the turnstiles I handed everyone a ticket/page and they handed them over to the check in person tying their fingerprint TO that ticket. Attendant then handed them back the paper, which then got handed back to me for safekeeping.

We did not convert to a card until we converted to APs at guest services at the front of the park. We found the line to be short when we were able to get there one morning for EE, ended up waiting around 30 minutes. I did keep an eye on the lines at GS as we were leaving the first day, but we were leaving at mid day at the lines were packed. If you don't want to burn park time waiting, you might check in with the hotel, and see if you can convert there. There's also guest services IN the park and I would think they would be less crowded, but I couldn't ever find them. I suspect this has more to do with my lack of any kind of internal GPS and is not reflective of their actual location.

The swap won't happen right at the turnstiles. You'll have to go to the the guest services kiosk which is just a bit to the side before the main entrance.

Each of the hotels has a ticket desk, but that's usually just to buy park tickets. Not sure if they'll swap the printed eTicket for the small card sized once there or not.

I did it inside the park at guest services. There were very short lines (one person in front of me).
