tickets: kids to adults

I think I know the answer to this, but want to double check. If I buy 7 day hopper plus tickets for my kids this year(6 and 9), and we don't use all the days this year, will I be able to trade it in for the adult ticket next year? I think I can, but want to be sure, since I have never used these plus tickets before. The waterpark days don't expire, right?

Yes to both. You can get an adult ticket for no additional charge, and pluses last forever just like park days.
