Hey, fellow DISers! This is my first PTR, hoping it will actually become a trip, right now all I have is plans :sad2:and a very bad case of Disney OCD. Well here is some background information...

CAST: Me (13) I have only been to Disney once :sad1: back in 2006. My favorite character is Ariel. My sister (12) She has only been to Disney once, I dont know if she is as obsessed with Disney as I am, but she indulges in my endless talk of future ADR's and trip schedules. She is the best. Her favorite character is pooh. pooh: and my dad (?) changes every time I ask ;). He loves Disney like I do. But for this trip is giving me full reign :)! Muhaha!

STORY: My family is divorced, I live with my mom, but see my dad often. He first took me, my sister, and used to be step mother to Disney in 2006. We knew nothing at the time, we stayed off-property and only went to Epcot and Magic Kingdom, we didnt even stay for the fireworks! But thats all it took to get me hooked! (Can anyone relate?) This past September was a very rough time for both my families. First my stepmom and dad got divorced, then my teacher died, and then to top it all off my dog died. We decided we really need some down time and by the time we realized that it was June, no time to book for that year. We wanted to go to Disney because even though we didntdo much it was some of the best memories we had. It was set hopefully, (figers crossed) I started to research and research, and even became addicted to disney food porn. And thats when I decided I needed an account on this site...so here we are now! Enjoy! :thumbsup2:woohoo: If it doesnt bore you to death...

I have spent endless hours, researching, finding a good place to book through, and just annoying my family with my Disney obssesion. I dont live with my dad, or it would be ok. This summer I took a trip to Florida, Cape Coral, to be exact and it just killed me to see Disney things everywhere and thats where my idea for a Flroida Grand Slam came into play...well maybe a Florida Double. :woohoo::woohoo: When I was lying in my room I just randomly searched Disney and lord behold I found a cult ;) and many other websites that kept me entertained for hours ahem... allears, passporter, and DISBOARDS!!!! That was in June...a few hours later I am a full Disney Addict...a few months later I am part of the cult...or I hope you guys accept me :)! All I have thought of for weeks and weeks is Disney. I have finally hit a point where I am looking for hidden mickeys in my home. When someone says there going to Florida..."OH are you stopping in Disney, are you doing this? where are you staying? you know the crowd levels are going to be insane! dont forget to get a mickey ice cream bar! can i come too?". Oh well at least I stand proud about it! :goodvibes

Wow....interesting huh? Been working on that one for a month :cool1::cool1:. I feel so versed in the subject of Disney, that I am having a freak out about the food from Universal. How much is it going to cost? Will we spend all day there? Will we be sad that we are leaving Disney? Do I need to make ADR's for dinner those nights? Too much, too much!:scared1: I now really feel bad for those of you with children! I have only two other people to plan for, and I have nightmares that we forgot to go to our ADR's even though we booked them. :headache::sad2::guilty: Ugh hopefully it will go off without a hitch! I am thinking of booking through Kingdom Magic Vacations, they seem really good anyone else been through them? Oh we are going deluxe with our food, thats the one thing my dad wanted FOOD!!! So anyone suggest any other places or anything? Too much food? :sad2:
