It was all so sad. In fact, it was all too sad! What is the point of killing off an intelligent, kind-hearted teenaged boy who is loved by so many people? They did the same thing with Stone, but at least his story had some sort of purpose. At the time, HIV was still an enigma. Stone's story showed us that a young person could contract it and pass it on to his girlfriend. It was educational and thought-provoking, and GH continues to spread awareness about HIV and AIDS through the yearly Nurse's Ball episodes.

What did Oscar's death do besides tick people off and make them cry? Sure, sad things happen in real life everyday. But, personally, I did not want to see such a sad and pointless story play out. I know I can always hit the "off button," which I may do if the funeral is too sad. And why do they keep killing off Quartermaines? They bring these characters (Kim and Oscar) to town and we slowly find out they're connected to the Q family. Cool! The Q's need more young family members. Then then give him a brain tumor and kill him! It's even more important now that Michael discover that Jonah is alive and claim him as his son. That family deserves to have him back.

The only thing I can think of is the story line will change for some of these characters based on Oscar's death. Maybe they won't turn out like Oscar's dream showed. I didn't like Cameron when he came on last year. Today when he was sobbing in the closet it made me like him a lot. I think he's going to be one to change.

I agree about Cameron. I also think Cameron and Franco need to have some kind of breakthrough to heal their contentious relationship. This might be what does the trick. Franco is truly devoted to supporting Drew. Cameron will see that there is good in Franco and perhaps he will let Franco support him too.

I was sure that Oscar could be Jordan's kidney donor, but now it looks like Kevin is her match! Maybe Ryan will be found- and he can be her donor instead!!

I thought it would be Oscar too since he just died, but having Kevin be the donor seems so out of left field. I wonder like a poster above said that it will turn out to be Ryan who donates it. Maybe he gets killed and she gets his kidney where then she'll turn into a killer herself lol. I know that's farfetched but it is a soap opera. I can see them saying she "turned" into Ryan by having part of him in her.

Looks like the real parents of baby Wylie will be revealed soon as Brad gets closer to Shiloh and Dawn of Day. I think Julian will reveal it to save the baby from Shiloh!

The funeral was nice today. I just wish we'd get to see a little more Oscar. I loved Drew's conversation with Sam.

OMG, Yes! Was thinking the same thing. It's not like he was one handed his whole life and learned to accommodate. He just lost it, but still a master at knot tying lol. Of course we don't know if it's him or not or he could have help.

Another thing I was curious about, I'm no expert on Alzheimer's, but I don't understand how Yvonne doesn't remember Marcus when he comes visit her every day and I don't mean remembers him as her husband, but just as someone she sees every day, because she can remember Mike and even Sonny and Carly, who she probably sees even less than Marcus.

My grandma has Alzheimers. She does not know any of us even my grandfather. Before she went in the nursing home she would get confused as who my grandfather was and they lived together. For my grandmother it progressed very slowly though. She has had it over 20 years now. She is in the final stage and can't feed herself because she doesn't remember how to. It all depends on where they are in the progression.

My confusion is with how Yvonne can remember Mike, even Sonny and Carly, who she probably sees every once in a while and doesn't remember Marcus. I don't mean remember Marcus as her husband, just remembers Marcus as someone she sees every day. Every time she sees Marcus she seems to forget that she knows him, yet can remember Sonny and Carly who comes there every once in a while. Again, not remembers that Marcus is her husband, but just Marcus as someone who visits her every day like she can remember Sonny and Carly as people who come visit her.

So what's under that black glove on Ryan's hand? A prothesis made from Legos? Someone else's hand that the nurse was able to connect to all the nerves in his body to make it work within a week? Or did he find a computer specialist who was able to build him another robot hand and make it work? Or maybe just a blown up surgical glove to look like a hand.

Nope, just a fake hand that Scotty pulled off.
