Day four of the rain. I don't mind so much, because I'm working and stuck inside anyway, but it's dreary. It would be nice to see the sun again

Morgan is at my sister's for the day. I think they are doing a little back to school shopping today. I'm going out with some of my sisters and nieces for dinner and a movie tonight - one week late for my b-day.

Happy Wednesday!

have to share a proud mommy moment first...Megan had a friend Aubrey sleep over last night and slept in her room for the first time since January!..she has been sleeping with me since Jim went back to work in NYC days prior to the earthquak... But she's not ready yet to sleep there permantly yet...I guess its her first baby step.

I also learned how to upload photos last night (got a new lab top when we moved up to WA) I am so computer dumb its a big step for me, I might even l learn how to post pics here too!

anyways here's my day:

girls were up at 6:30...they are already playing on the Wii


Mickey pancakes for the girls
empty dishwasher
bring Aubrey home at 11:00
pick up photos
get new jazz shoes for Megan
pay bills

dinner -left over chicken from last night (it was yummy)

SDV ladies-have a blast!!! I want to see pics when you get back!!

Dropped my baby girl (aka my 10 yr. old sheltie) Mollie off at the vet today. She's having her teeth cleaned and while she's under anestesia they're going to remove a cyst. My poor baby was so scared-praying everything goes smoothly. She's definately not going to be happy with me when she gets home!

Little One to hang with friends today - she is very excited
Take new horse to vet for soundness check - if all goes well we get to keep her!! Keeping my fingers crossed.
If no issues - ride the new horse!!
Dinner - grilled steak and shrimp
DD will be home this afternoon
4H Sheep meeting rescheduled due to heat index
Need to print and review barn plans with DH
Need to fill out and submit reimbursement voucher for expenses pertaining to house building
See if FB is going to let me have my page back

It is HUGE, even when we went to DLR in April she wouldn't sleep in the separate bed in the same room. She has a lot of seperation issues since Jim died. Monday I was at the dentist and took longer than expected, she got worried that something happend to me (she was at my mom's) just something we continue to work on.
Hoping with school starting up she does well, she missed 38 days and countless days she had to come home early from school. Luckily they were very sweet about it all. Her counselor says we have to continue with the baby steps.

That's me! We just moved back home to WA the middle of June after my DH's passing in the Haiti earthquake.
Hope you are doing well, sorry we never got together, life got really busy the last couple of years.

Change in our dinner plans....today will probably be our last nice summer day, 60's and rain is coming our way (today is sunny and high 70's) so we are meeting friends tonight down at Edmonds and having a picnic dinner at the beach!!

So Imissed telling the PBF to have an absolutely WONDERful trip and wish ZTH an amazing 5 months! so maybe they will see this.

Throw in another load of laundry into the wash. Thank goodness for the washer/dryer at OKW, with all this rain, it's good to throw in the wet clothes and get them dry.
