Sunday Brunch at Four Seasons

We had brunch last Sunday at Plancha located at the Clubhouse at Four Seasons. Plancha is a Cuban inspired restaurant.

It was wonderful...beautiful, peaceful, friendly and bottomless Bloody Marys or Mimosas!

We brunched from 10:30 till 1:30 and finished the NYT crossword! They were so gracious...it was truly a pleasure.

We originally had reservations at Cali Grill but our numbers changed. We tried to walk up at 10:00 and were told - maybe an opening by noon....so we passed.

Called Four Seasons - called Uber - and for $6 we arrived at the Four Seasons resort in about 15 minutes...as we approached the resort we passed many of the Golden Oaks homes.

Once at the resort we were driven by golf cart (fancy one) to the golf clubhouse (pretty elegant).

Were seated right away - the dining room is open and sunny with full length windows along one side.

The food offering were displayed along the window perimeters and the bloody mary bar was on the inside wall.

Surprisingly there were quite a few children brunching but they were very well mannered...maybe a total of 13 tables filled when we arrived. Think we paid $68 per adult...not sure what the children's price was for the $68 you had the buffet, bloody mary or mimosa, coffee and an entree.

lots of salads - really amazing cheeses and breads you don't see everyday- ahi tuna - corvina seviche - lots of large peeled (and de-veined) GULF shrimp - smoked salmon - bagels and breads and the desserts were amazing...tons of desserts all first rate.

There was a kids section with the typical child offerings

After you worked your way through the buffet, the wait staff unhurriedly asked about our choices for the entree...we postponed for over an hour...finally settled on the Plancha burger (wow was that good) and the chicken and cheddar waffles.

The Plancha burger had a mix of chorizo and short rib...it wasn't spicy but very juicy and meaty tasting - this was our favorite.

We plan to return in December. Love that there is a second wonderful Sunday Brunch location in WDW.

Wish I had thought to take pictures...

Oh and their coffee is heavenly the best coffee of any restaurant or kiosk in or near WDW..!

Thanks for the review. Sounds lovely. We very much enjoy the Cali Grill brunch, and will be trying the one at Maria & Enzo's next month, but will have to add this one to the list.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us! Thinking this sounds (to me) like a much better option than any onsite options we've tried for brunch. LOVE that it includes endless mimosas & sounds so relaxing. We'll put this on the list for sure, love to brunch!
