Prior to this year, this tour was called Imperial Cities. If you search for that, you'll come up with several posts about this trip. I'm not sure how much the itinerary changed with the name change.

We are looking forward to meeting you. I went out tonight and got the adapter to convert the three prong plug on my netbook to I can plug it in and charge it and went by the apple store and picked up the world travler kit for our iphones and ipods. We already have a couple of electric converters and adapters, but they do not accomodate three prong plugs and after checking with the Apple store we found out we needed to get the converters for our iphones and ipods.

We are excited about this trip and can't wait until next Friday when we leave.

That's interesting about what you were told re your Apple devices. My iphone charger, my laptop charger and all my camera chargers are all rated for 100-240V and 50/60hz. So all I need are the physical adapters to plug into the various country outlets. I have those from previous travel.

With the World Travel kit, besides the outlet adapters, are you getting any transformers or power supplys that are different? Or is it just a kit of plugs for the various outlets?

Also, I am adding the iPhone International data plan to my account Sunday so I'll have access to data while over there. Be sure to read the AT&T international travel recommendations for the proper settings for your iPhone so you don't slip and access texting or data while roaming....very $$$$$.

We'll be checking into the Marriot in Prague on 09/25. See you shortly thereafter!
