SSR Refurbishments - when do they start

Does anyone know when SSR refurbishments are set to start? It's our home resort and we are booked there for December. Trying to decide if we should try and move to OKW at the 7 month mark. Love the look of the new rooms, but may try and wait until 2020 to stay there.

All that's known is the refurbishment is supposed to start sometime this year and could take 18 months or so to complete.

likely won't start until after OKW finishes... so best guess is mid-year (unfortunately, SSR rooms need some TLC ASAP)
