Has anyone ever had this spa treatment? I'm really not the spa type (never been to one) but this sounds intriguing.

How can you tell what it's done? How do they know what you've lost? Are there "before and after" measurements? What parts of your body are included? Butt? Hips? Thighs? What about calves? Upper arms? Is there a limit to what you can include?

I read on the Norwegian Cruise Line website that they recommend 3 treatments to achieve best results. That makes me think that one treatment on my 3-night Wonder trip would be a waste of $$

Any opinions?

They do measure you, so that is how you can see the loss. The inches are a combined total of all the areas measured.
I had this done once, but it was as a "demo" person during the spa tour, so since it was free, they didn't measure me. They put a seaweed mixture on you and then use electrical charges (it doesn't hurt, but your muscles will twitch).
Personally, I would opt for the seaweed wrap instead. There are several blends, including a cellulite fighting one, and it is soooo relaxing and detoxifying! They combine it with a massage, and it almost always puts me to sleep (hubby too).
