I don't think they jumped the gun, I believe they were given notice by Disney to be out by X date.

I think chances are slim to none that we see anyone return. I even think Earl isn't going to be a permanent tenant, but I hope I'm wrong about that!

My guess is, they will bring over whatever is performing well in Orlando at Disney springs. If I had to guess, I'd say they bring over Morimoto, Amorettes Patisserie, a themed bar of some sort, and potentially a store like Uniqlo and/or the Marketplace Co Op.
