Seating on rides

This may be an odd question but worth a try! I'm trying to see if there might be a listing of what seating is like on different rides in dl and California adventure. (For example... Ride has cars of two rows with ___ people per row). I know that's a lot of detail but maybe there is a website/blog somewhere to check? We will be traveling with two adult and three kids (ages 6, 2, and infant). The kids can sometimes be nervous so planning who will be riding with who will take some anxiety out of it. Especially knowing if we will all be in one car or not. Any help is so appreciated!
