Nothing is for sure with DVC. Keep you hopes high and fingers crossed.

If DVC takes it there will always be another contract. Dvc can’t take them all.

Not necessarily! I’m sincerely hoping the trend isn’t indicative of future takes. I’m definitely nervous too....here’s to pixie dust!!

I was not too worried on that one. I am a bit concerned about our purchase of WL-BR. That one was apparently just sent over on 2-21. ( I will correct the sent date when it finishes the ROFR process.)

I’m getting impatient My PVB was sent on 2/6, but it sounds like @disneylovinfamilyof6 hasnt heard back and they’ve been waiting longer! I’m just a little nervous because I’ve seen a lot of contracts taken recently!

Yes... ugh. I really find it hard to imagine the contract I'm trying to buy making it through. The toughest part is the wait, since you can't move on to something else in the meantime. I'm hoping we hear something by late next week (3 week mark).

maybe try calling your broker? i’ve heard certain brokers are more timely than others in relaying the info

Bought AKL add on and it shows up as Jambo house in my membership, is this normal? Guessing it is but thought I would ask.
