Purchasing tickets through LMT at end of year (in advance of rate hike)

Can you buy tickets at the end of December (current rates) for a February trip to avoid the usual early/mid. Feb. Disneyland ticket price increase?

Yes, assuming that Disney doesn't raise prices before December, also assuming LMT doesn't change prices (they do occasionally fluctuate outside of the usual annual increase by Disney).
