I have two separate contracts and previously had two different usernames and log in for the dvcmember site. I recently had to contact member services as I lost access to one log in. They explained that everything now has to be under my email address and then linked my membership, enabling me to see the two contracts on my one email log in.
I've since been on MDE and since then the same problem has occurred and now I can't see any of my contracts. I'm finding it very frustrating. It took three phone calls last time to sort it and now it's happened again.
Anyone else had this problem?
