Pokémon pre-order bonus

Hi, I am hoping I can get some help. What is a better item for a Pokémon fan? I am going to pre order so I can get a bonus item, one bonus is a coin the other is a gold book. I know nothing of a Pokémon. What item do you think would any recipient would be excited to get? Thanks

One more question, I can get two games for the same price as the double pack. Is one option preferred over the other?
