Please help- about to buy flights but I need an answer about the health questionaire

Question 10000000... for those of you that tested in the terminal at SFO...was there any question on the health questionaire about traveling from abroad and would coming from abroad disqualify us? We found flights that work from Kuala Lumpur, we would test in SFO and overnight then back to hawaii. I'll buy travel ins but the flights from SFO to hawaii then to STL are instant purchase and non refundable...I just need to 10

I do believe that at this time Hawaii is open to US, Canada, Japan and South Korea residents only. Does that answer your question?
