Planning Ahead - Need OKW Points

We are planning two trips (at least) over the next two years (after our FTP this September). I am looking for how many points it will take, the cost, etc. to stay at OKW from Oct 16-23 and Sept 3-10 2005. If you are interested in renting points for either or both, please let me know!
