I was watching the old 7in7 videos and it's as if I was watching them for the first time. The info on these clips were very very useful and they'd be even MORE useful right now. The resorts have gone through a lot of changes since you guys stopped doing them. And although doing the best & worst videos are great & I still want you guys to do them. The 7in7 would be a great addition to your best & worst vids. You don't have to do it every few months like you did in the past. BUT you CAN do them every certain amount of years. Also, you have new team members who've never experienced the 7in7 with you guys so that'll provide a fresh set of opinions. ALSO, you can incorporate the 7in7 with the best & worst vids where the team lists their top three best & worst experiences after their 7in7 stays. Another thing too is that I KNOW Dis'ers will be OVERJOYED getting the 7in7 back, even if it's not a regular thing like years ago. And even better, for NEW Dis'ers, they'll be getting info about the resorts that's fresh and up to date. Cause let's face it guys, the old videos are great but the info in them are a little bit outdated. Also, you guys can possibly add new elements to the 7in7 clips that are fresh & different from the old videos. The quality of your current videos are waaaaaay better thank back then so now you can add that quality to a fresh set of 7in7 clips. Here's another suggestion guys, do the 7in7 and see how everybody reacts to it and take it from there, it can't hurt. You guys are always trying to add new things to the podcast & shows, etc. And you guys have talked about how you wished Disney would bring back certain shows, parades, experiences, even for just one day and or night. It's the same deal here with the biggest differences being that the CEO/Founder reads these and actually listens to his fans & you guys have the capability to bring this back. Anyway, I sincerely hope you guys will take it under consideration, what do you got to lose? You bring it back for a one time thing, if people like it, cool, if not, you can stop.

Seconded! I watched the poly one today and it certainly could use updating when you all have time.

I know time flies ...but aren't they only a couple years old? Maybe three? Not much has changed in my opinion. Now, in a couple years or so there will be a lot of changes. Maybe they're thinking of waiting it out until that time. Plus the other thing is, how much content can they possibly produce? I've got to think they're pretty max'd out.

Maybe just some content from newer areas at the resorts? Yacht club just renovated rooms and added a quick service. Then in 2019 there will be a lot of new stuff to see at CBR and CSR.

Nice seeing you today Ryan! I'm down for a kind of short-notice visit and watched by the pool at CSR.

I can see the 7 in 7 returning after Coronado and CBR are finished with the construction alongside the new DVC resort, there would definately be a huge amount to cover there and a 7 in 7 would be the best way to do it IMO right before the huge rush around SW happens and a lot of people who haven't been for a few years look to return to WDW, it would feel kinda pointless doing it now before everything is back upto scratch. That being said, I would be ecstatic to see it. I love resort content

I agree to this. With all the new shows and content being pushed the team is probably swamped and to add a 7 in 7 would cause those shows to stop for awhile or Pete bring on new members. I actually love the "What We Love About Disney Resorts" and would LOVE to see more of those.

Truth be known, it was Pete's assessment of OKW on the most recent 7I7 that prompted us to heavily investigate and pay cash for a 2-week stay. Now, we are teetering on purchasing DVC.

We visited OKW several times before commitment as we're local and wanted to garner a real understanding before spending $$$.

Wow!!!! I actually wasn't expecting a good amount of discussion on this but I'm VERY happy. LOL. All I'm asking from the Dis Unplugged Team is to do an updated version of the 7in7 series. They're very useful, they're a great resource and most importantly, they deserve an update. And they really don't have anything to lose in bringing them back for even just one time. There's TONS of people on here who've probably never heard of the 7in7 series. And although they can check YouTube to see them, the quality of the videos were subpar when in comparison to the quality of videos now & the info given was based on what was available at the time. I read some people say that some of the resorts hasn't changed much since the last 7in7 series and that's cool. The team can, for example, go to the resorts that they gave bad reviews on a couple years back and see if they might change their mind. And once again, there's new team members like Steve, Shawn and Charles who can provide their own insight on some of the resorts. I really hope that SOMEBODY from the team actually hears my pleas here and says something. Pete, John, Craig, Ryno but especially Pete since he's the boss, what do you say guys? Bring the 7in7 series back just one more time, see how people react to them and act accordingly. :)

These are an incredible amount of work to produce... However - I do think the time is right for Pete's idea to do 7in7 but not do it in 7 days..

Pete had a GREAT point on yesterday's Best and Worst about disney's yacht club resort. Has the quality and problems been resolved?

Perhaps the team is waiting for these latest series of room updates to conclude. I know Pop, Caribbean Beach, Coronado, and others are construction sites at the moment.

I'm not giving up on this at all. LOL. I'm not letting my thread die without a response from someone on the team. I know there's some people who will disagree with me and it's all good, that doesn't mean that I can't at least try to get their attention. But c'mon everybody, help keep this thread going till the Dis Team says something. I'll have my fingers crossed. LOL.

I just had a thought!!!!! The team can incorporate Give Kids The World with the 7in7 somehow. Pete works directly with Disney all the time. So maybe at each of the seven resorts reviewed, they can setup a meet and greet with some of the team members. But in order to take pics with them, get some merchandise or even participate in some type of giveaway, you'll need to donate whatever amount you choose to Give Kids The World. I'm just throwing ideas here. But it could be a win win for everybody, we get a new and updated 7in7 series as a great resource, free marketing for Disney about the resorts, not like they need it but still. LOL. Dis'ers can meet and greet the team and most importantly, a phenomenal charity is involved. Once again, it's just a thought, I never thought about the logistics of it or anything, it's just a thought.

I remember Pete saying they would do these every 2 years or so. I think may of 2018 would be about 2 years. The team seems to be big enough now. They could knock it out fairly quick. The video content has been great lately.
